You get back one dated page for the file: the identity evidence, the sanctions and PEP screening, what was checked, when, and anything your nominated officer needs to look at. The verification decision stays yours, with the evidence in front of you.
ArtGuard is not on the digital verification services register, and the Treasury's guidance of 26 February 2026 says a service outside it cannot reliably be deemed suitable for identity verification under the Regulations, so treat our record as evidence alongside your own verification or a registered provider's check (what that means).
Verify does not include a source-of-funds workflow: where a buyer’s money comes from is a judgement for the dealer.
