Every signed AML document ArtGuard issues carries a document ID at the foot of each page, such as AG-0123456789ABCDEF. Type it here to see which business it was issued to, on what date, which version, and the role of the person who signed it for the business.

What this check tells you
This confirms that ArtGuard issued the document, and nothing more. It does not confirm that the business meets its anti-money-laundering obligations, that its risk assessment or policies are right for it, or that HMRC has seen or accepted them. ArtGuard is not a regulator and is not affiliated with HMRC.
The check shows the business’s name, the document, its version, the date it was signed and the signer’s role. It never shows what the document says, or the name or email address of the person who signed it.
A document ID that is not found may have been typed wrongly, or the document may not have come from ArtGuard. If you are unsure, ask the business for its copy or write to hello@artguard.uk.
